Sasha Vuckovic
Sasha is a licenced builder, building designer and an experienced project, design manager with over 25 years of experience working in the construction industry for public and private sector clients. In his formative years, Sasha obtained his formal training in architectural discipline, while working in various site management roles with tier one and two contractors, working on tender bidding, early works packages and project planning. During his time as a design manager and early works designer, Sasha established a track record of producing robust programs built from first principles and viable construction methodologies to enable efficient and timely delivery.
In 2008, Sasha moved into management roles with tier-one contractors working on large-scale social infrastructure projects (health, education and defence), transport infrastructure (rail train stations), and commercial and residential projects.
In recent years, Sasha decided to venture into consultancy and advisory roles helping private and public sector clients deliver complex construction projects on time and within budget. With a large focus on assisting clients and other project management firms with the upfront design and planning phases.

Extensive experience in creating, managing and leading professional multi-disciplinary teams through front end concept phase, ECI to construction process; accomplishing negotiation of commercially successful outcomes for the client, community, local / state government agencies.
Exposure and demonstrated track record with highly complex infrastructure and mixed use projects within brownfield, greenfield and inner-urban regeneration areas with complex structural solutions.
The depth and breadth of development expertise to handle a multi-faceted role with simultaneous responsibilities. Experience in front-end engagement, planning and assessment of commercial viability for large-scale developments.
Highly technically competent, analytical and commercially aware - keen to implement lean and agile processes to optimise team performance and delivery, working and promoting collaborative approach and high safety in design standards, high level of design quality / integrity by embedding forward design thinking and engineering excellence.
Design Lead and pivotal role in delivering large pipeline of work within the business ensuring commitment to creating the best practice models by consistently delivering high quality products, providing customer led solutions and creating positive urban design legacies.
Design and technical leadership experience and promotion of financial viability, construction build- ability, architectural excellence, leveraging on cross-functional relationships to build and promote the role of design in collaboration with project stakeholders, to deliver commercially profitable projects.
